Welcome to CyberNeuron. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI-powered lead generation and social media marketing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

CyberNeuron provides AI-powered lead generation services that identify, qualify, and deliver potential customers to businesses. Our services include prospect identification, lead qualification, social media integration, and campaign optimization.

We offer three tiers of service with pricing ranging from $40 to $60 per qualified lead, depending on the advertising channel and level of service selected.

2. Qualification Process

All potential clients must complete our qualification process before accessing our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests based on our internal qualification criteria.

Upon submission of your qualification request, our team will review your requirements and respond within 5 business days if you meet our service criteria.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due per qualified lead delivered according to your selected service tier. Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

All fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in our Lead Quality Guarantee policy.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet our qualification standards. If a lead fails to respond within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Lead replacement requests must be submitted within 45 days of original lead delivery with documentation of attempted contact.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our services. All lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Client data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Social Media Integration

Our social media integration services require appropriate permissions and access to your social media accounts. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with each platform's terms of service.

CyberNeuron is not responsible for any account suspensions or penalties resulting from social media platform policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyberNeuron's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes from our lead generation services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

CyberNeuron reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
